Catch to Open at Maple Terrace

A globally-influenced seafood restaurant from Catch Hospitality Group is being planned for the new mixed-used development in Uptown DallasMaple Terrace. Catch is expected to open sometime in mid-2024, according to a CultureMap Dallas article. The Maple Terrace location will be the first Catch in the Lone Star State.

Catch Hospitality Group from Eugene Remm, Mark Birnbaum, and Tilman Fertitta opened the first Catch in New York back in 2011. Other locations are now open in Aspen, Las Vegas, and Los Angeles. Catch Miami Beach is planned for fall 2023.

The Catch menu features a variety of seafood entrees—Seared Scottish Salmon, Sauteed Wild-Caught Snapper, and Herb Roasted Branzino—plus sushi and sashimi and a variety of salads and appetizers. Lobster Mac & Cheese and Grilled Spanish Octopus are also available, as well as filet mignon and a 36-ounce USDA Prime Porterhouse for Two.

An extensive wine list and a variety of dinner cocktails such as One Too Many with strawberry-infused Absolut Elyx, coconut, avocado, and lime, Lush Lemonade, or Sunset Spritz are a nice addition to any meal. Sake and beer are also offered. The dessert menu features a variety of sweet treats including chocolate cake, cheesecake, and a deep-dish cookie.
