The old spot where The Oceanaire Seafood Room was, at 1400 Arapahoe St., is being given a new life. Bombshells Restaurant & Bar will be taking over the 8,500-square-foot space,  Business Den reports.

Bombshells is an American-style grill that has waitresses who wear military-themed outfits. They serve beer, wings, burgers, and the like.

RCI Hospitality Holdings, the brand’s parent entity, bought the space for $4.45 million in June. Bombshells Restaurant & Bar is a Texas-based brand, with 12 restaurants, that is expanding outside state lines. There are plans for a Greenwood Village location and an Aurora location to come soon.

The Oceanaire shut down during the onset of the pandemic after over a decade of success. The space has a prime location, in the heart of the Central Business District and across the street from the Colorado Convention Center and the Denver Performing Arts Complex.
