Ike’s Love & Sandwiches, the iconic chain restaurant with over 800 sandwiches, is preparing to open a new location in Mission Valley at 2169 Fenton Parkway, Suite 104.

The company’s newest site is set to replace Amazing Lash Studio in the Feonton Marketplace, according to documentation submitted to the San Diego Department of Environmental Health and Quality. A company representative tells What Now San Diego that this new location isn’t expected to open until March 2025. When it does, customers can expect countless sandwich options, which are all customizable, and a few celebrity sightings.

This will be the company’s seventh location in San Diego, following sites in La Jolla, Sorrento Valley, Del Mar, Poway, and more. Every location comes with exclusive sandwich offerings that are eclectically named as a tribute to local celebrities and icons. Some of these icons have met the owner, and their pictures are proudly hung on the walls of most locations. Ike’s Love & Sandwiches also features sandwiches for all, including options for meat lovers, vegetarian, vegan, halal, and gluten-free.

This is a massive accomplishment for the company, which was founded by Ike Shehadeh in 2007 within a crowded San Francisco food scene. Thankfully, the delicious combination of Ike’s Dutch Crunch bread and his secret “Dirty Sauce” is a duo unlike any other. Quickly, the company expanded beyond the Bay Area and continues to provide some of the best sandwiches ever made. Today, the company has locations in Arizona, California, Colorado, Texas, Nevada, and Utah.
