FSC Franchise Co., the Tampa, Florida-based parent company of Beef ‘O’ Brady’s and The Brass Tap, is actively seeking franchisees to bring both fast-casual concepts to the Memphis area, according to CEO Chris Elliott.

Although no leases have been signed and opening dates are not yet projected, Elliott expresses enthusiasm about joining the Memphis community. “It’s a great city, and both of our concepts would do well there, both Beef ‘O’ Brady’s and The Brass Tap.”

Beef ‘O’ Brady’s is known for its classic American cuisine and family-friendly ambiance, while The Brass Tap offers an extensive selection of beers—including over 150 craft options from around the world—in a neighborhood setting that combines relaxation with sophistication.

Those interested in franchising opportunities can visit the Beef ‘O’ Brady’s and The Brass Tap franchise websites for more information. Stay tuned for updates as leases are secured.
