According to a recent permit filing, Soho Bellingham aims to debut in the Central Business District at 202 E Holly Street #101.
Behind Soho Bellingham are the same people behind Wanida Thai Bistro, also located in Bellingham. One of those people is Surachai Teachaakarakasem, who did not provide additional information upon What Now Seattle’s request at this time.
A 2023 Instagram post from Bellingham Alive Magazine tells us a bit about Wanida Thai: “Since opening its doors in 2015, Wanida Thai has quickly become a go-to bastion of faraway flavor, gaining a loyal customer base and making a name for itself in the local restaurant scene. To feed the cravings of its foodie fandom even more, the popular eatery opened up a second location just north of downtown Bellingham: Wanida Thai Bistro.”
