Vice Seattle is preparing for an ownership change at 1532 Minor Avenue on Capitol Hill, according to Capitol Hill Seattle. The incoming group includes Jack Cheung, Jesse Perbix, and Andrea Wolfe.

A Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board application notice dated October 31 also lists the three among the applicants for a nightclub license at the address.

The group brings experience in both evening and daytime events. Perbix is an investor, Cheung owns Fremont’s LTD Bar and Grill, and Wolfe runs Brunch SZN, which has already held daytime parties at Vice.

Vice opened beneath Melrose Market in summer 2024. The club continues to advertise events on its website, including R&B and hip-hop nights, house music, and Shake Saturdays. Admission is limited to guests ages 21 and older, and VIP tables and bottle service are available.

A completion date for the ownership transition has not been confirmed. Follow Vice Seattle on Instagram for its latest event schedule and announcements.
