Pasta Eater has secured a lease for a space in Hell’s Kitchen. It is slated to go in at 744 Ninth Ave.

Pasta Eater first opened at 9 East 17th Street in 2019, serving homemade pasta dishes, paninis on homemade focaccia and salads. Pasta entrees include gnocchi, ravioli, rigatoni carbonara and bucatini amatriciana. Pasta Eater is open for both lunch and dinner, and it serves a drink menu, as well.

The new space is 1,200 square feet on the basement and ground levels. It appears that the Pasta Eater team is planning a fast-casual concept of the restaurant for this location.

Co-owner Ludovico Margio confirmed with What Now New York that the opening will be several months away, with a projected opening date in 2025.
