With locations in New York and Atlantic City, iconic NYC restaurant Serendipity 3 is opening a new outpost in Miami Beach, at 1437 Washington Ave. The Miami New Times recently reported that an opening is expected this year.

“We are bringing our signature dishes and whimsical desserts to Miami!” says the restaurant’s website. “Escape the ordinary and indulge in the extraordinary only at Serendipity 3.”

The Miami menu has yet to be revealed, but a glance at the menu served in New York City should provide some hints. There are Beginnings like The Ultimate Potato Skins and Not Yo’ Ordinary Nachos; five different kinds of mac and cheese; and ten different burgers, including the Infamous Truffle Burger (Boursin Cheese, Truffle Vinaigrette, Black Truffle Mayo, Add Bacon) and the Pepperoni Pizza Burger (Marinara Sauce, Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, Grated Parmesan Cheese, Pepperoni, Micro Basil and Served with Parmesan Fries). That’s along with a selection of sandwiches, salads, and Footlong Hot Dogs.

Then there’s the sweet side, which includes Serendipity 3’s signature Frrrozen Hot Chocolate, along with other Frrrozen Drinks like the Cotton Candy Frrrozen Hot White Chocolate and the Birthday Cake Frrrozen Hot Chocolate. A selection of sundaes includes “The Insanity Sundae… Go Nuts!” (Southern Pecan Pie with Hot Fudge, Butter Pecan Ice Cream, Caramel Sauce, Maple Walnut Topping, Whipped Cream and Toasted Almond Slices).

What Now reached out to Serendipity Brands co-founder Sal Pesce on Tuesday to inquire about plans for the new location. Pesce was not immediately available for comment.
