According to Berkeleyside, local food truck concept Cool!naria will be a permanent tenant at Prescott Night Markets, “a series of once-a-month evening events with food vendors, live music, and entertainment in West Oakland.”

What Now San Francisco reached out to the eatery’s founder Chef Alberto Avramow Pitman — who operates the business alongside his wife Elizabeth Rueda — to inquire about the opportunity, but he could not provide additional information before publication.

For readers who are unfamiliar with Cool!naria, the food truck offers “a fusion of Mexican contemporary food focused on using locally sourced ingredients from Oakland, Ca. and the surrounding Bay Area.”

According to its website, Avramow Pitman, “was born and raised in Mexico City; where gastronomic diversity was the perfect scenery to stimulate his curiosity and train as a cook,” and before opening Cool!naria, worked at Bay Area establishments such as Cosecha Restaurant, Loló Cevichería!, and Bonita: Taquería & Rotisserie.
