According to a recently submitted alcohol license application, a revolving sushi bar, Izumi Revolving Sushi, plans to reopen in San Jose.

Resuming service at its former location at 925 Blossom Hill Road, the eatery will soon operate alongside establishments such as Black Angus Steakhouse, IHOP, and The Cheesecake Factory.

What Now San Francisco reached out to one of the concept’s owners, Simon Woo — who operates the business under the name Hatatsudo Inc. — to inquire about the restaurant, but he could not provide additional information before publication.

While the menu hasn’t been publicized yet, locals can expect to find sushi, beer, and wine on its list of offerings.

An opening date has not been announced yet, so stay tuned for updates.
