Fairfax Brewing Company is gearing up to make its debut, according to SF Eater.

Coming to 765 Center Boulevard — taking over a spot formerly home to Hen House Brewing Company and Iron Springs Pub & Brewery — the business will land near establishments such as Good Earth Natural Foods, Java Hut, and Mauro’s Pasta.

The concept’s owners, Alex and Lisa Stricker, will bring on Larry Berlin of Ross Valley Brewing and Iron Springs Pub & Brewery as Fairfax Brewing Company’s brewmaster — and local chef Dan McGarry will also join on as a partner.

McGarry “plans to work with local ingredients and gastropub fare, serving fish and chips, chicken wings, meatballs” — as well as “more eccentric” menu items such as yellowfin tuna tacos, pork lumpia, a Korean fried chicken sandwich, and a Thai noodle sandwich.

“The location will be refreshed, though the Fairfax Brewing team hopes to keep the space family- and dog-friendly for the locals, with plans for a game room with Skeeball, live music, and daily lunch and dinner service,” the Journal reports.

According to SF Eater, Fairfax Brewing is slated to open this summer. Stay tuned for updates.
