The Colorado Springs Airport (COS) is set to elevate its traveler experience with a new partnership between the airport and Global Lounge Network (GLN), transitioning from the current Premier Lounge. The new GLN lounge will be an upscale spot to stop for food, drinks, and some relaxation before a flight.

While a press release from earlier this year stated that the new lounge was expected to open by the end of this year, no update has been given. A representative of Global Lounge Network did not return a request for comment before publication.

It will offer a premium dining experience with a variety of elevated food and beverage options. Travelers can enjoy freshly prepared meals featuring both local and international flavors, along with a selection of light bites and refreshing salads. A self-serve coffee bar will be available for hot drinks, while alcoholic beverages, including wine, beer, and cocktails, will offer a chance to unwind before departure.

Travelers with a Priority Pass membership and a valid outbound ticket will have complimentary access to the lounge. The previous Premier Lounge closed in February, and members received prorated refunds and special offers for the upcoming new lounge.

GLN is a Miami-based company known for operating VIP lounges globally, has been tapped to redesign the space. This transition is part of COS’s larger ElevateCOS initiative, a $36 million project that aims to modernize the airport’s facilities.
