Las Vegas’s Excalibur Hotel & Casino appears to be getting ready to add a Jimmy John’s to its food and drink roster. Permit paperwork recently submitted to Clark County shows plans for a Jimmy John’s location at the hotel resort, with an estimated outlay of $300,000 for construction.

Jimmy John’s offers a selection of satisfying sandwiches like the Italian Night Club (salami, capocollo, ham & provolone) and the Beach Club (turkey, provolone & avocado spread). Meatless diners can also enjoy The Veggie with provolone, avocado spread, cucumber, lettuce, tomato, and mayo.

At Excalibur Hotel, the new Jimmy John’s location would be part of sizable food and drink community that includes lounges like Sherwood Bar and Thunder Bar, along with eateries like Vagabond and Dick’s Last Resort.

What Now was unable to reach a representative of the Excalibur Hotel for immediate comment on Wednesday. No opening date or construction timeline has been announced for an Excalibur Jimmy John’s location.
