Everbowl, the craft açai bowl brand that encourages guests to “Unevolve” and “move & eat the way we were meant to” is planning to open its second location in the Las Vegas Valley. Launching at 4195 S Grand Canyon Dr #105 in South Summerlin, at the Grand Canyon Parkway shopping mall, the new location is the first for franchisee Jacqueline Chappell.

Chappell became familiar with the brand as a friend of founder and CEO Jeff Fenster, initially becoming an investor in the company before launching out as a franchisee.

“We just fell in love with the product, and we selfishly wanted more of it in the area,” Chappell told What Now on Wednesday. “I think it’s perfect for the area, with the heat, with people trying to stay cool and eat a little healthier—so we’re working to get this one open and then move on to, hopefully, an additional five locations.”

The brand’s healthy bowls come with seven different bases and include varieties like the classic Everbowl (Açai, Granola, Banana, Strawberries, Blueberries), the Blue Lagoon (Pitaya, Blue Majic, Coco Love, Chia Pudding, Strawberries, Pineapple, Shaved Coconut), and the Full Moon (Cacao Wow, Vanilla, Granola, Banana, Strawberries, Peanut Butter, Cacao Nibs).

“One thing that’s awesome is that we source our own açai,” Chappell added. “A lot of places use whatever açai they can get frozen. You will never want any other açai bowl.”

Hiring has begun for the South Summerlin store, and prospective employees can apply here.

You can also sign up for updates and a free bowl on an upcoming  “Family and Friends Night” here.
