South Florida-based sandwich shop chain That’s a Wrap Sandwich Company is having a busy year. The brand was founded in 2011 by Lou and Lina Migliaccio in Fort Lauderdale and has since expanded to a second location in Coral Springs. The brand is soon to launch its first franchise location in Boca Raton and will open another company-owned outpost in Davie late this year.
“From any one of our beautiful locations, you can order such fan favorites as the Chicken Pesto, a hearty sandwich made to perfection on fresh ciabatta bread, the Brooklyn Special, a generously stuffed spinach wrap, or a custom-designed salad made with a bounty of crisp, mouthwatering veggies,” reads the About Us page on the brand’s website.
The menu also features breakfast sandwiches like Egg and cheese with a choice of proteins like sausage, bacon, and Prosciutto di Parma. Other choices include three-egg omelets, bagels, and acai bowls. That’s a Wrap also offers cold-pressed juices like the Can’t Beet Em (apples, beets, carrots, ginger and lemon), Fresh Smoothies, Wellness Shots, and Protein Shakes.
“Our ever-expanding gourmet menu is both bold and creative. We will go outside the box and create new and unexpected twists on the classics by fusing flavors, all within the realm of healthy eating,” reads the website copy.
