Catch Hospitality Group has a new yet-to-be-named concept in the works at 450 W Broadway. The space was formerly home to seafood concept Principe.

The group, helmed by restauranteurs Eugene Remm, Mark Birnbaum and Tilman Fertitta, has tapped executive chef Nadav Greenberg of acclaimed Israeli restaurant Shmoné to open the new 75-seat restaurant, which is slated to open in late 2025, according to reporting by Eater NY.

Catch Hospitality recently closed its Catch Steak location in New York, but its flagship Catch location remains open in the city. Catch Hospitality opened its first catch location in 2011 in New York City and has since expanded to Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Aspen, Miami Beach and Dallas. There is a location slated to open in Scottsdale this year.

“Partners Tilman Fertitta, Mark Birnbaum and Eugene Remm have propelled the group’s success with a team-first mentality and relentless pursuit of the brand’s three core principles: great food, great service and great vibe,” the Catch Hospitality website states. “Catch Hospitality Group’s thoughtful expansion continues to pioneer dynamic hospitality experiences in major markets.”

Details remain limited on the upcoming Mediterranean concept. What Now New York could not obtain further details from the hospitality group prior to publication.
