The Memphis market is soon to see three new Newk’s Eatery locations. Long time franchisee, Spencer Mooney just signed a new development agreement with Newk’s, according to a press release.
Mooney was not immediately available to comment when reached via telephone by What Now Memphis on Wednesday.
Currently, Mooney runs several Newk’s Eatery locations. With the sign on for new development he also was able to secure three already operating locations in the Memphis area. Since 2007 Mooney has played a part in expanding the Newk’s market.
The Newk’s family prides their food in being made fresh and in-house without the use of fryers and microwaves. This fast casual restaurant chain will continue to offer the familiar soups, salads, pizzas and sandwiches of the other Newk’s Eatery locations.
Newk’s Eatery has a little under 100 locations spanning across 15 states after being open since 2004.
