Pearl’s Tea & Coffee House, a fresh addition to Midtown which will offer bubble tea and coffee, is poised to open its doors at 1330 Peabody Ave. Alongside this upcoming café, owner Vincent Pham is also launching Kura Sushi in the neighboring building, which was previously occupied by Bhan Thai.

This marks the second bubble tea shop to debut in Midtown this year, following Boba Boba Life, which is scheduled to open its doors on March 1, 2024. Additionally, Pho & Boba Tea Arlington will join the scene at the Shoppes of Arlington this summer. These upcoming establishments are indicative of the growing popularity of boba tea in the area.

Despite attempts to reach out, Pham has yet to respond to What Now Memphis’ request for comment. Keep an eye out for updates on the menu and the grand opening date as more information becomes available.
