Denver-based Little Owl Coffee, owned by Seanna Forey, is getting ready to add another location to their list as they look to move into 2721 17th Street.

The company, according to the website, is built around two things: passion and compassion. “We believe that if you’re going to do something, you may as well pour your heart and soul into it,” it says, adding that they “nerd out on service standards” as much as they “nerd out on coffee standards.”

The coffee roasters already have two locations, one at 1555 Blake Street and the other at 410 17th. In addition, the company owns the Owlette Bakery and Bottle Shop at 1530 16th Street Mall.

The website offers their coffee and other merchandise available for sale online. They also offer a “mild” and “wild” coffee subscription, with the mild selection focusing more on lighter acidity and the wild selection being more fruity and acidic. Guests choose how frequently they want the coffee delivered and the roasters take care of the rest.

There’s also free shipping on orders over $50.

What Now Denver reached out to Forey for more information as to an opening date, but she was unavailable for comment.
