The forthcoming Vita Cane will open at 1000 Federal Blvd Denver, CO 80204, according to the abovementioned permit.
Project application details say the lot size is 1,400 square feet with a total of 28 available parking spaces – four of which will be accessible. The permit describes the construction as a “tenant improvement of an empty shell unit into a juicery and acai bowl store.”
Vita Cane sources all-natural, fresh, and organic ingredients that provide high levels of antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, and “all the other good stuff for your body,” according to their website.
Promoting the benefits of sugarcane juices and acai superfoods, Vita Cane offers premium drinks including their Stink Bomb (Avocado, Durian, Sugarcane) and Super Berry Berry (Pomegranate, Strawberry, Blueberry, Raspberry, Cherry, Sugarcane). Additionally, the juicery provides bowls packed with sweet and salty antioxidant-rich toppings and a Create Your Own Drink option.
While Vita Cane’s website currently only displays California locations, the construction permit lists South Federal Retail, LLC — owned by Victoria and Harry Sterling — as the incoming owner.
What Now Denver reached out to Victoria Sterling regarding the operation, but did not receive immediate feedback.
