Los Carboncitos is a local business started by the three Leon brothers. The trio recently signed a lease for a fourth location of the chain, to take over the space at 7431 Park Meadows Dr. in Lone Tree, brokers confirmed to What Now Denver.

Broker Maritza Torres from RE/MAX Professionals was a part of the deal. She congratulated the brothers “on the purchase of their new gem.” Ignacio Leon, co-founder, told What Now Denver that they are excited to expand the brand of authentic Mexican food, while also adding some new dishes.

The property they purchased formerly housed Stuboy’s BBQ and Madlom Real Estate. Stuboy’s moved west to Littleton, off Kipling. LoopNet data shows it is a turnkey space with a 1,500-square-foot patio and 65 parking spaces.

Other Los Carboncitos locations are in Aurora, Villa Park, and Sunnyside. The eatery serves traditional Mexican fare, with locals raving about their tacos, fajitas, and tortas. They offer carry-out and delivery service.
