Construction Underway at Denver 4 Noses Brewing Company 

The local business is adding a brewery/taproom in North Park Hill.

It was announced in 2021 that 4 Noses Brewing Company, a Broomfield-based business, was building a location in Denver at 4040 Dahlia St. This week, the company announced things are on track for a summer opening. 

“Construction is moving along swiftly at our new brewery and taproom, located at 4040 Dahlia St. in the North Park Hill neighborhood,” 4 Noses Brewing Company shared on Facebook alongside some photos of the progress. 

The original goal was to open last year, but work was pushed back. Most permits were approved in late 2022, and electrical permits were just modified days ago. BUILT. CONSTRUCTION from Longmont has been hired for the project.

Documents show that the one-story building, which used to be a warehouse facility, is on a 156,580-square-foot lot in the North Park Hill neighborhood. There are 39 parking spaces (including two accessible spots) and room for eight bicycles.
