A Dutch Bros is coming to Lafayette! City records reveal that the java brand submitted a proposal for a 1,897-square-foot drive-through coffee shop at 200 W South Boulder Rd.

The City of Lafayette stated on its website that the “Planning Commission and City Council will review both applications. The meetings dates have not been determined yet.”

Site plans show Dutch Bros wants to build on a .92-acre lot that holds a now-closed Pizza Hut location. There will be 27 vehicle spaces and two bicycle spaces on the premises, and they will be planting 10 trees and 83 bushes at the site.

Dutch Bros is working with Point Consulting, LLC on the project, records show. Renderings from the company show a gray and blue brick and cement building.
