Castle Rock is bracing itself for a new dining destination as Stack’d transitions into its first brick-and-mortar location. A beloved local food trailer, the business is now moving into the space at 110 S. Wilcox St., posts online state.
Stack’d is a family-owned venture owned by Peter Albert, known for its flavorful and fresh offerings and counter-service style, where every meal is cooked fresh to order. The menu features crowd-pleasers like smash burgers, carne asada fries, and a signature Philly grilled cheese.
Soon Stack’d plans to open its doors in a space previously occupied by a Subway. The new location offers ample parking and proximity to high-traffic spots like the new Douglas County Library, which attracts over 40,000 monthly visitors.
“After 3 years 16 hour days and relentless location shopping, we are very happy to announce that we are making this a reality. Coming very soon, the Stack’D family will have a new restaurant space in Downtown Castle Rock,” the company posted on Facebook.
