A new fusion concept will open soon at 2892 S Church St. Ste E in Murfreesboro, according to recent announcements. Banh Appetite is currently hiring with plans to open doors soon, serving a unique array of house-made French pastries and Vietnamese comfort food.

Though an exact grand opening date is unknown, the new restaurant had initial plans to open doors in November that have since been pushed back due to interior renovations and staffing, as illustrated through photo updates on the restaurant’s Facebook page.

The Banh Appetite online menu provides a sneak peek at its cuisine, offering over 7 types of croissants, quiches, sandwiches, banh mi’s, spring rolls, pho soup, vermicelli noodle bowls, and boba tea, crafted from owner Phuc “Bolo” Truong.

“Our menu features the best of both worlds: the savory and comforting Vietnamese Pho, and the delicate and indulgent French pasties. From our steaming bowls of Pho, made with fresh herbs and spices, to our flaky croissants and buttery pain au chocolate, every dish is a celebration of the rich culinary traditions of Vietnam and France,” states the Banh Appetite website.

The new eatery will offer operating hours of Thursday through Monday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Customers can stay tuned for the business’s grand opening announcement on its Facebook page.
