Tre Lune Sycamore, the sister concept to the impressive Italian restaurant Tre Lune, is preparing to debut in Hollywood at 911 N Sycamore Ave.

The company’s second location comes 20 years after Gene Montesano and The Montesano Group opened Tre Lune in Montecito, according to a recent liquor license application. The restaurant confirmed the announcement in late December in an Instagram post, saying the new location is set to open in early 2025. It’s unclear exactly when it will open, but a liquor license application proves the restaurant group is getting closer to opening.

Much like its original location, Tre Lune Hollywood will offer high-quality Italian cooking in the lively dining room, with white tablecloths and hardwood floors. Tre Lune is a yearly Wine Spectator award winner. The new restaurant location will join the impressive portfolio behind several other companies, such as Lucky Brand Jeans, Joe’s Cafe, Lucky’s Steakhouse, Tre Lune Restaurant, D’Angelo Bakery, Bucatini Restaurant, Jean Shop, Civilianaire, and more.

“Tucked away in the lively Sycamore District of Hollywood, Tre Lune is a charming Italian restaurant that feels like a warm, welcoming escape from the buzz of the city,” according to the restaurant group’s website. “Located on a quiet street lined with towering trees and quaint storefronts, this gem is a true reflection of Italy’s rustic charm—simple yet refined, emphasizing fresh, high-quality ingredients and time-honored cooking traditions.”
