Demetri Tsolakis, owner of multiple Greco locations throughout the area, is preparing to introduce a new restaurant, Kaia, to Boston’s South End. Positioned at 380 Harrison Ave, this eatery is expected to occupy the ground floor of The Quinn luxury condo development.
While Tsolakis has chosen to keep specific details under wraps during this early stage of development, the name ‘Kaia’ hints at a Greek influence, in line with his other successful ventures.
