After months of anticipation, Café Gloria, situated at 287 Maverick St in East Boston, may soon be opening its doors to the public. Despite initial hopes for a Summer 2023 debut, the cafe is still undergoing final preparations before it officially welcomes guests.
Owner and acclaimed bartender Will Isaza envisions Café Gloria as a communal haven for individuals seeking a space to socialize, work, and enjoy a cozy cup of coffee. Initially offering an array of coffee beverages and mocktails, the cafe plans to expand its menu to include cocktails in the future. Isaza and his team are also diligently perfecting a selection of snacks that pay homage to his Colombian heritage.
