New Tavern To Go In At Dexter Yard

According to a permit on file with the city, a new tavern is coming to Seattle located at Dexter Yard, 700 Dexter Ave N.

The tavern is currently unnamed and there’s very little details on the project currently. We do know that the space is currently set up for retail and will need converted to fit as a drinking establishment. The project will cost an estimated $450,000.

BioMed Realty and John Moshy are listed as the owner. Moshy was unavailable for comment as of Friday.

Biomed Realty “is the largest private provider of real estate solutions to the life science and technology industries.” They are part of the development of Dexter Yard, a center with 286,340 square feet of lab and office space and 20,000 square feet of retail space where the new tavern is set to be established.

No opening timeframe for the tavern is currently available.
