Three Hearts Has Filed For a Location in Tacoma

According to a recent permit filing, Three Hearts plans to debut in Tacoma at 1116 Martin Luther King Jr. Way.

A representative of Three Hearts was not immediately available to comment upon What Now Seattle’s request.

According to Three Hearts Instagram biography section, Three Hearts plans to open soon. They will offer “Breakfast, lunch, baked goods, good vibes.” They have filed for four different permissions, including spirits, wine, and beer rest lounge permission.

Three Hearts was filed under Three Hearts LLC. Washington Company Search states that Three Hearts LLC was incorporated on December 18th, 2023. Nat Smith, Robert Eder, and Jeffery Hellis are listed to be behind the LLC.

According to Loop Net, the address listed on the Three Hearts permit is the KSP Tacoma Buildings. The property was built in 1925 and boasts 19,450 square feet of space.
