Après culture has officially landed in the city. Après at Govnr’s Park will kick things off with a soft opening on May 12th, followed by a full grand opening celebration on June 7th at 7th & Logan. The space offers Denver a fresh new place to drink, eat, and hang with the feel of a mountain-town party—minus the traffic on I-70.

Après at Govnr’s Park is the newest addition to Denver’s craft beverage scene—bringing Carboy Winery together with three of Colorado’s most respected mountain producers under one roof: Breckenridge Distillery, Storm Peak Brewing Company, and Broken Compass Brewing Company. Each is prominently featured throughout the space, offering exclusive pours and a direct connection to the brands behind them. The experience is rounded out with wines from neighboring Carboy Winery, whose Denver tasting room anchors the building. The result is a casual but elevated beverage hall where craft beers, bold spirits, and house-made cocktails meet a come-as-you-are vibe built for game days, group hangs, and everything in between.

Après is built for everything from post-work hangs to game-day meetups. The food and beverage menu—while elevated—is all about value: easy to share, easy to love, and made to match the laid-back vibe.

The vibe blends the best of Colorado’s après-ski soul with a casual city energy. The interior nods to mountain culture with vintage ski gear, cozy textures, and communal seating—but skips the clichés. It’s less rustic lodge, more modern hangout with character.

Après at Govnr’s Park is now open in Capitol Hill.
