Pindustry is launching a new summer-themed concept in Denver. Bar Tropical will bring a tropical, vacation-inspired atmosphere to the venue’s rooftop. The concept will also host private events with customizable group packages.
Bar Tropical by Pindustry to Open in Denver
Pindustry is introducing a new summer-themed experience, Bar Tropical, in Denver. Opening on May 1, 2026, the concept will debut on Pindustry’s Sky Deck rooftop. The space will feature tropical decor, island-inspired cocktails, and frozen drinks.
“Bar Tropical is a new way for us to activate the Sky Deck with a transformative sensory experience,” said Christine Gill, executive director of Pindustry and Rouge Wine & Bourbon Bistro. “It’s colorful and fun, and provides real vacation vibes right here in metro Denver.”

The rooftop getaway will add a new addition to Pindustry’s private events and entertainment offerings. Hours begin at 4 p.m. on weekdays and 2 p.m. on weekends.
Menu Highlights
The menu at Bar Tropical includes drinks, frozen options, and Pindustry’s full food and beverage offerings. Guests can choose from drinks like the Tipsy Toucan (rum, pineapple, lime), Court-Me-Rita (hibiscus tequila, mango, liqueur), and Black Pearl (bourbon, blackberry, liqueur). The frozen options include piña coladas, strawberry daiquiris, and Miami Vice.
Rooftop Features and Special Offers
The space can accommodate private events for groups of 20 to 1,800 guests. Customizable packages will be available for parties, team outings, and other events. Private bookings for larger groups can be made ahead of time.
The venue will offer weekly entertainment, including Thursday DJ sets and games such as hula hoop and limbo contests. It will also feature a happy hour called “Halfie Hour” that runs on weekdays from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. The happy hour will offer discounts on select food, drinks, bowling, and games.
Bar Tropical is set to bring a fresh rooftop experience to Denver this summer.
