Franchise owners Donna and Matt DeConzo are actively searching for new locations throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area as they prepare to open two Rush Bowls stores by mid-August 2025.

The immediate focus is on opening sites at 8776 East Shea Boulevard in Scottsdale’s Pima Crossing Shopping Center and Arizona State University’s Tempe campus, Fulton Center, at 777 S. College Avenue, which What Now Phoenix previously reported on. Donna DeConzo tells What Now that both locations will celebrate their grand openings with a DJ, free bowls for the first 50 to 100 customers, and prize giveaways, particularly aimed at engaging ASU students. New menu items, including house-made lemonade and fruit Revivors, along with La Colombe Cold Brew coffee, will also be introduced, accompanied by samples for guests at these events.

Beyond these two confirmed sites, the DeConzos are exploring additional potential locations throughout their territory, which includes northwest Phoenix areas such as Paradise Valley, Glendale, and north of Desert Ridge, as well as Chandler and Gilbert. However, no official addresses or timelines have been announced for these future stores.

Rush Bowls continues to build its presence in Arizona by offering freshly blended bowls and smoothies made from whole fruits and vegetables, organic toppings, and a variety of wellness add-ons. This customizable menu appeals to a diverse range of customers seeking healthy and convenient dining options. The brand’s commitment to high-quality ingredients and prompt service has helped it establish a loyal following across the state.

With over 50 locations nationwide and growing, Rush Bowls’ expansion in the Phoenix area reflects the region’s strong appetite for nutritious, fast-casual dining.
