Una Pizza Napoletana just brought another win home for New York’s pizza scene. Led by pizzaiolo Anthony Mangieri, the beloved Lower East Side spot was named No. 1 in the 2025 50 Top Pizza USA rankings. It also took the top spot in 2022 and 2024.

Anthony Mangieri’s Pizzeria Becomes Number One on the 50 Top Pizza
The 50 Top Pizza guide hosted its annual awards ceremony on July 1 at West Edge in New York City. The ceremony named the top 50 pizzerias across the U.S. Out of the 50 popular names, Una Pizza Napoletana achieved the first position.
50 Top Pizza shared the news with pizza lovers across the country through an Instagram post.
After 2022 and 2024, this is the third time Una Pizza Napoletana has become number one among pizzerias in the U.S.

The food establishment is New Jersey-based chef and owner Anthony Mangieri’s sixth pizza venture. Located at 175 Orchard St, New York, NY 10002, the pizzeria offers visitors naturally leavened, wood-fired delicacies.

Other NY Pizzerias Included in the 2025 List
In the July 1 award ceremony at West Edge, two other New York pizza places were also included in the list. Ribalta, known for its Neapolitan-style pies, came in at No. 5. Based in Midtown Manhattan, Don Antonio was named seventh on the list.
