The routine inspection, conducted on Monday, assessed the restaurant’s compliance with city health codes.

Cut lettuce was held at 41°F in the walk-in cooler, while sauces in the reach-in and cold prep refrigerators were recorded at 33°F and 43°F, respectively.

Inspectors observed debris on storage shelves located beneath the prep tables. Dust was also identified on electrical cords in the food preparation area. Additional debris was found beneath equipment throughout the food prep area.
