Postino WineCafe opened its sixth Colorado location on July 9 at Orchard Town Center in Westminster. The new Westminster restaurant features an expanded bar program and signature menu items like bruschetta boards and panini sandwiches.

Postino Expands in Colorado With New Westminster Location
The 5,307-square-foot space features a large patio and design elements inspired by the original Postino locations, including a signature art wall. To celebrate the opening, Postino is giving away trucker hats and custom cookies created by Sugar Bloom Cookie LLC.
On July 12, Orchard Flower Design will be on-site with take-home floral arrangements for guests. “We’re thrilled to open our latest Colorado location in the Orchard Town Center,” said Lauren Bailey, Postino CEO and co-founder.
“We can’t wait to immerse ourselves in the Westminster dining community and look forward to partnering with local businesses and serving our new neighbors in a meaningful way,” she added.

Seasonal Changing Menu
Postino WineCafe in Westminster features a seasonally changing menu, which includes panini sandwiches, salads and soups, bruschetta boards and desserts. The weekend brunch will be served from 10 AM to 1 PM.
Brunch offerings include a grilled focaccia stack topped with prosciutto, avocado, fried eggs, watermelon radish, feta, and spicy marcona almonds. Other brunch staples include the Classic Remix, served with crème fraîche and housemade tots, best paired with a brunch cocktail.
The beverage lineup features espresso martinis, white peach bellinis, and classic bloody Marys. Guests can enjoy daily happy hour with $6 glasses of wine and pitchers of beer available until 5 p.m.
The popular Bottle & Board special is available for $25 on Monday and Tuesday evenings. Aside from wine offerings and classic cocktails, the menu also includes craft beer and a selection of zero-proof beverages. Serving the Community
Postino also brings its community-first approach to Westminster. To mark its Westminster opening, Postino partnered with A Precious Child, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that provides essential resources to families across eight Denver metro counties. A Precious Child supports families across eight Denver metro counties with essential supplies and youth programs.
Throughout the month of July, Postino WineCafe will donate $1 from every bruschetta board sold to A Precious Child to support its impactful work. On July 30, the non-profit organization will be at the venue between 4 and 7 PM.
It will host keychain-making stations where guests can make keychains to support the Fill a Backpack program – an initiative that equips children with new supplies before the new school year.
