Popular Indian-American fusion brand Gaia Masala & Burger is expanding to Longmont, leasing records reveal. The business recently signed a seven-year lease starting in 2026 for a downtown space at 704 Main Street, Unit 1.
The eatery will move into 2,280 square feet of ground-floor retail space. It will occupy one of four total suites at the address, with property records showing the other three spaces are still available. Those spaces range between 758 to 2,312 square feet.
This new Longmont location will be Gaia Masala & Burger’s latest in a growing regional footprint. The fast casual chain also has cafes in Capitol Hill, Boulder, and Colorado Springs, along with fine dining restaurants in Downtown Denver and Fort Collins.
Gaia Masala & Burger is owned by owners Hira Kunwar and Nandalal Neupane. A fusion spot, it offers Indian & American food, like Tikka Masala burgers, biryani, lamb gyros, momos, masala pizza, fries, wings, and milkshakes. All their meat is halal. Delivery is offered through Grubhub, DoorDash, UberEats, and ChowChow Express, and online ordering is available for pickup.
