There’s just something about comfort food…even the most sophisticated palate may find themselves craving the tried and true favorites of American cuisine. A trio of restauranters is making sure Bethlehem residents are never at a loss for these well-established flavors with their latest project. George and Kalliope Kouros and Photis Zographou are preparing to introduce the area to their latest project, Smash Brothers Grill, later this year, reports local media outlet WFMZ.

Smash Brothers will be marking a very new direction for its upcoming 2115 Stefko Boulevard home. The space which was previously occupied by the Branches to True Beauty Salon will soon be seating and feeding 40 customers inside, with additional tables available on a covered patio for those who prefer their burgers with a side of fresh air.

Even better news for Lehigh Valley diners; they won’t have to wait too long to sample Smash Brothers’ fare. George Kouros anticipates opening in either September or October.

Kouros explains that the menu is certain to satisfy all rumbling tummies. “We’re going to have a lot of great options – something for everyone,” he states. That will manifest as smash burgers, hot dogs, chicken fingers, cheesesteaks, and fries, alongside milkshakes to satisfy all sweet teeth.
