According to a recently submitted alcohol license application, the all-you-can-eat Cajun-style seafood buffet Supreme Crab plans to debut a new outpost in San Jose.
Coming to 625 Coleman Avenue, the eatery will land near establishments such as the Thai restaurant Blue Mango, Carl’s Jr, and Trader Joe’s.
What Now San Francisco reached out to the concept’s owner, Chen Huang — who is also the operator of the local restaurant concept Seapot (a Korean barbecue and hotpot chain), and Sea Wagyu House in Milpitas — to learn more about his plans for the upcoming restaurant; however, he could not provide additional information before publication.
For readers who are unfamiliar with the business, Supreme Crab presently operates at 373 Main Street in Redwood City.
The menu offers seafood options, including snow crab legs, shrimp, and crawfish, prepared with Cajun butter garlic sauce.
