SYC Concepts is expanding its portfolio of high-end dining destinations yet again, working on an upscale sushi restaurant. Founder Shuang Crossland has teased online that a new eatery, Yuzu by SYC, is in the early stages of development.
The company told What Now Denver that the eatery will be in Broomfield, but an exact address. There are not many other details available at this time, besides a post describing the upcoming restaurant as “a refined dining experience, showcasing exquisite flavors and exceptional culinary artistry.”
It appears Yuzu is further down the pipeline for the hospitality brand, which is an offshoot of One Concept Restaurant Group, which Crossland co-owns. The debut concept Sushi by SYC just opened last month, and What Now has covered its other pending projects, including SYC Omakase and Blossom.
One Concept Restaurant Group, however, is a well-established enterprise, with over a dozen Asian eateries across the metro area. Go Fish Sushi, Chubby Fish Sushi, Sushi Umi, The Bronze Empire, Kung Fu Tea, Poke Concept, Honey Basil Café, Honey Basil Express, Miya Moon, and Mikaku Ramen & Temaki are all under the group’s umbrella of brands.
