Possible plans for expansion have been revealed for Que Rico Raspados, a Mexican-inspired eatery known for its savory dishes and sweet desserts. Business licensing records show the local chain has filed documents with the address of Junction Food & Drink, a food hall at 2000 S Colorado Blvd, Suite IV.

Que Rico Raspados already operates multiple locations throughout the Denver metro area, its website shows. The brand currently has a presence on the 16th Street Mall, at Boulder’s 29th Street Mall, at a snack shop off Federal Blvd., and a stall inside FlatIron Crossing mall in Broomfield.

The concept’s menu is a wide-ranging celebration of Mexican flavors. Its savory menu spans from carne asada fries and elote to burritos, street tacos, tamales, and tostadas. Desserts include shaved ice, flan, conchas rellenas, banana splits, sweet crepes, ice cream, and mini pancakes.

Junction Food & Drink has been going through big changes lately. The South Denver food hall has recently undergone a management change and has an impressive list of new vendors. While the property’s website doesn’t advertise Que Rico Raspados yet, the business could very well be one of the next concepts to debut there.
