A fast casual breakfast and brunch concept is opening its first location in Savannah next year.

Vicious Biscuit, run by franchise owners Kelly and Tim Paslawski, will open in the Savannah Centre Shopping Center at 7400 Abercorn St., Unit 521. The location is ideally situated between Savannah’s hospital corridor and its midtown business district, according to a press release.

The Paslawskis, Savannah natives, are seasoned restaurateurs who also operate Chicken Salad Chick locations in Savannah, Pooler, Statesboro and Bluffton.

“Savannah has been our home for years, and we know this community loves to gather around the table,” Tim Paslawski said in a statement. “When we first tried Vicious Biscuit in Mount Pleasant, we were blown away by the flavor, the energy, and the Southern hospitality. We knew Savannah needed this experience, and we are thrilled to bring it to our neighbors.”

The menu will feature signature biscuit sandwiches, including the “Fat Boy,” a buttermilk biscuit with crispy fried chicken, pimento cheese and a hot honey drizzle, and the “Flame Thrower,” a cheddar-jalapeño biscuit with crispy fried chicken tossed in Frank’s RedHot, white cheddar, Skully sauce, vicious candied bacon and cowboy candy.

Vicious Biscuit also offers shareable Southern favorites such as Sweet Puppies, beignets and shrimp and grits. Brunch lovers can enjoy the brand’s popular “Jam Bar,” featuring signature jams and house-made butters.

To complement the menu, freshly squeezed orange juice is available, along with mimosas and cocktails such as “The Southern Sunrise,” “The Greyhound” and “The Vicious Screwdriver.”

“Georgia has been on our radar from the very beginning, and there’s no better way to enter the market than with Kelly and Tim at the helm,” George McLaughlin, co-founder and CEO of Vicious Biscuit said in a statement. “Their success and roots in Savannah, combined with their passion for hospitality, make them the perfect partners to introduce our bold biscuit creations to the community. We can’t wait to shake things up in Savannah.”

The new Savannah location will offer both dine-in and takeout options, with ample indoor and outdoor seating.

While an official opening date has not been announced, Vicious Biscuit is slated to debut in early 2026.
