Buddy’s Burger is set to open its first Pflugerville location in early 2027. According to a recent state filing, the burger joint will open at 17511 Schultz Lane.
The permit also shows that construction is slated to start in June 2026 and is slated to finish in March 2027. If all goes well, you can expect the new Buddy’s Burger to open by the end of March 2027.
The estimated $1,400,000 new construction project on the 6500 square foot location is being designed by the Brown Group.
Buddy’s Burger first opened in Austin on Cameron Road in 2020. Zain Fidai co-owns Buddy’s Burger with his twin sister, Isha Fidai, and their cousin Saad. What Now Austin briefly spoke with Saad and Zain about the new opening.
The eatery will offer its already widely known burger options. Those options have already created some buzz for how they’re made.
“We take pride in offering burgers that are 100% never frozen, using 100% angus chuck beef that has no antibiotics and are hormone hormone-free,” the Buddy’s Burger website reads.
Besides the burgers that include cheese, spicy, and two double options, Buddy’s Burger customers can also purchase fries, drinks, and one of their handspun shakes.
Buddy’s Burger is currently dishing out its juicy burgers in Austin, San Marcos, and most recently, Round Rock, all with dine in and drive-thru options.
While it’s a ways away until the new Buddy’s Burger opens in Pflugerville at 17511 Schultz Lane, March 2027 will come sooner than you think, offering Buddy’s Burger lovers in the area the chance to try out this already popular burger eatery.
