Jersey Mike’s Subs is preparing to add a new location in Broomfield, as part of its Colorado expansion efforts, according to the company’s website. A store at 1170 U.S. Highway 287 is listed as “coming soon” and the brand has clarified to What Now Denver that it will debut in the summer.

The store will span approximately 1,400 square feet and will operate daily from 10 AM to 9 PM with a projected staff of about 22 employees. It’s located within the Broomfield Marketplace, a grocery-anchored plaza off a highly trafficked road. Neighboring tenants include Massage Envy, Edward Jones, and an urgent care center, LoopNet listings show.

It will be under the management of franchise owner Steven Ashoori. He is new to the Jersey Mike’s system but comes from a family of veterans in multi-unit operations; they manage nearly 200 IHOP and Burger King locations across several states.

“Broomfield stood out to us for its growing community, family-friendly atmosphere, and convenient location for local residents,” Ashoori said. “We’re excited to open our Jersey Mike’s here and look forward to being an active, long-term member of the Broomfield community.”
