Construction is officially underway at Humble Westfield Business Park, where a new Class A industrial development is taking shape in Northeast Houston. The project is rising at 9035 Humble Westfield Road in Northeast Houston, a submarket with limited new industrial supply. It is expected to be delivered in the third quarter of 2026.
Development to Deliver Four Class A Warehouses
The project, which is owned by BCS, totals 168,840 square feet of Class A industrial space. It includes individual buildings ranging from approximately 32,000 to 55,000 square feet. According to Stream Realty Partners, Urban Companies will offer both an architect and a general contractor.
Meanwhile, Altar Group will provide the civil engineering services. “BCS continues to execute on quality industrial development to provide Class A business warehouse product to Houston area users,” said Ryan Sweeney, Partner at BCS.
“We are excited to break ground on another exceptional development that enables growth for businesses in Texas, and we are proud to be a part of the continued expansion in Houston,” added Robert Cannon, Partner at BCS.
Humble Industrial Project Near Major Highways and Airport
Located along FM-1960 Business, Humble Westfield Business Park is nestled between US Highway 59 and George Bush Intercontinental Airport. It provides access to major employment centers like business parks, hospitals, and distribution hubs.
It also provides access to locations such as Beltway 8, the Hardy Toll Road, and Interstate 45 North. National commercial real estate company, Stream Realty Partners, has been selected to handle leasing for the project, with Vice Presidents Tommy Erwin and Abraham Richardson leading the effort.
“Humble Westfield Business Park delivers the type of well-located, Class A industrial product that tenants are actively seeking in Northeast Houston,” said Erwin.
“The project’s size range and connectivity make it highly competitive in a market with limited new supply,” he added. Humble Westfield Business Park will serve a range of users looking for modern warehouse facilities near major transportation corridors and employment centers.
