New York City Sliders, a Brampton-based burger and slider restaurant, is getting ready to open a new location in Toronto at 433 Queen Street West.

The company’s Toronto location is listed on LinkedIn as opening in March 2026, according to COO Vikram Chawla. This will be the brand’s first store in the city, bringing its menu of smash burgers, hot chicken, and inventive sliders to customers in Toronto. The new location will follow the same concept as the Brampton location, featuring house-made patties, signature sauces, and a variety of sides.

The Toronto location represents the next step in the brand’s expansion across Canada, with additional locations planned for Scarborough, Mississauga, Vancouver, Calgary, and Edmonton, according to the company’s website. Exact dates for these future openings have not been announced. The company also recently announced on its social media that a new location is coming soon to Mississauga.

New York City Sliders began in Brampton, Ontario, and has gained recognition for its Nashville-inspired hot chicken sliders, chopped cheese sliders, and vegetarian options like double-battered cauliflower and bean sliders. The Brampton location also offers slider boxes and customizable fries with cheese, sauces, and toppings, along with desserts and drinks.

The menu at New York City Sliders includes the Double Patty Slider, Hot Chicken, Lamb, Smash Bean, and Halloumi Cheese, as well as sides like crinkle-cut fries, cheese fries, poutine, and Mac’N’Cheese. Chicken heat levels range from mild to extra hot, and desserts include classic cheesecake, double chocolate Godiva, and seasonal options.

The company highlights its focus on fresh, in-house-made patties and bold flavors, with the Toronto location expected to be an excellent landing spot for the brand.
