Two new restaurants are preparing for takeoff at Boston Logan International Airport.
Airport dining operator Paradies Lagardère has confirmed that CAVA and Berkshire Farm to Flight will debut on the second floor of Terminal B in the spring of 2026, adding fresh options to one of the airport’s busiest terminals.
Berkshire Farm to Flight will replace one of the two existing Berkshire Farms Market grab-and-go locations currently operating in Terminals A and B. Rather than introducing an entirely new concept, the project is a refurbishment and brand refresh of the existing space, said David Bisset, Executive Vice President and Chief Development Officer at Paradies Lagardère.
The revamped Gate B21 outpost is expected to feature a fresh, clean layout and an updated assortment of locally sourced products. Travelers can anticipate elevated snack offerings, curated regional goods, ready-to-eat meals, and craft beverages.
Meanwhile, CAVA will take over the former Pei Wei space in Terminal B. Founded in 2010, the fast-casual Mediterranean brand has grown to more than 400 locations nationwide and is known for its build-your-own grain bowls, salads, and pitas.
Though exact opening dates have not yet been announced, Paradies Lagardère said the additions will further expand the airport’s “mix of wholesome, guest-favorite dining experiences.”
“This lineup showcases some of the most exciting culinary partners in the country,” said Leigh Allan, Senior Vice President of Operations – Dining Division. “Travelers are eager for thoughtful food and beverage options, and these forthcoming openings reflect our commitment to bring elevated choices and authentic hospitality to every airport we serve.”
The upcoming arrivals follow a wave of recent openings across the airport, including Shake Shack Bar in Terminal C’s food court last February and Chick-fil-A, which opened in Terminal A in October.
