The world’s largest restaurant franchisee is bringing a fast-growing drive-thru coffee brand to California.

Flynn Group has submitted plans to open a new 7 Brew Coffee location at 10201 Fairway Drive in Roseville, according to recently filed planning documents. The proposed drive-thru would be situated near Lowe’s Home Improvement and Trader Joe’s.

Plans call for a compact, 910-square-foot drive-thru-only two-lane coffee kiosk with no indoor seating or on-site dining, a format that has helped the brand expand rapidly across the country. Customers place and receive orders entirely from their vehicles, allowing for quick service and high-volume throughput.

This project comes after Flynn Group announced in November that it had partnered with 7 Brew to develop 160 new locations nationwide. The agreement marks Flynn’s first step into the coffee sector and the debut of a new division called “Flynn Growth,” which focuses on scaling emerging restaurant brands, reports the Franchise Times.

Headquartered in Rogers, Arkansas, 7 Brew has built a devoted following thanks to its upbeat service model and highly customizable drinks. The menu offers more than 20,000 unique beverage combinations spanning espresso drinks, energy beverages, smoothies, shakes, teas, and sparkling “7 Fizz” drinks. Signature espresso creations—known as the “7 Originals”—include fan favorites like the Blondie and Brunette.

Since its founding in 2017, the chain has grown to more than 500 locations nationwide, positioning itself as one of the fastest-expanding coffee concepts in the U.S. Meanwhile, Flynn Group operates more than 3,000 restaurant locations across 44 states and three countries, with brands including Taco Bell, Applebee’s, Pizza Hut, and Panera Bread in its portfolio.
