A new steakhouse is set to anchor The Yard at Harvest Woodinville, bringing a standout dining destination to the development.

Brass Steak & Seafood, the brainchild of Seattle hospitality veterans Christopher Saenz and Kyle Quinn, is slated to open this summer, according to a press release.

The team is recognized for their work at 2120, a casual fine-dining spot in downtown Seattle, where Saenz serves as general manager and Quinn as executive chef.

The new spot is described as a “contemporary take” on the classic steakhouse, serving prime steaks and local seafood made with seasonal Pacific Northwest ingredients.

Guests can enjoy a curated selection of global wines and crafted cocktails alongside the elevated menu.

“Elegant but approachable, it is the kind of place where every guest feels like a regular,” Saenz said in a statement.

Harvest is a 20-acre mixed-use development combining retail, dining and entertainment. At its center is a public plaza called “The Yard.” The project also includes apartments and townhomes, along with the recently opened SOMM Hotel & Spa.

Brass Steak & Seafood has not announced an official opening date; the website and Instagram offer the latest updates. Stay tuned!
