Rosa de Castilla Mexican Grill is gearing up to open in Carthage. It will open at 634 Lebanon Hwy, according to a social media announcement this spring.
“Get ready to indulge in authentic, 100% homemade Mexican cuisine, crafted with love and a touch of country-classy charm, perfect for the whole family! Stay tuned for updates on our grand opening and enjoy a taste of Mexico, right here in Carthage, TN!” the announcement stated.
A preliminary menu shared on social media displays offerings such as enchiladas, carne asada, fajitas, mole and pork ribs.
As of now, an opening timeline has not been announced, but its social media lists it as “coming soon.” What Now Nashville has reached out to the team for more information on the concept and opening.
